REVIEW: Cocoa Locks Chocolate Hairshake (1 Month Program)

Greetings beauties!

For this post, I will be reviewing the Cocoa Locks Chocolate Hairshake 1-Month Program. This review is NOT sponsored in any way, and all opinions are my own.

According to the website, the benefits of this program are:

  • Formulated for fuller & longer hair
  • More powerful and effective than vitamins or gummies
  • Say goodbye to damaged, broken hair
  • Achieve healthier hair from within
  • Low calories, low fat. Only 26 calories a mug
  • Tastes great, so that you won’t want to miss a dose
  • Contains Selenium, Zinc & Biotin, which have been clinically proven to achieve longer hair.

Cocoa Locks’ ingredients include:

Promotes the growth of hair to ensure that new and existing hair is growing at a healthy rate

Improves all round condition of the hair by repairing damage caused by external factors and stimulates new hair to grow.

Increases hair production, which creates fuller hair with more volume… say goodbye to flat, lifeless hair.

Thinning, loss of hair are often due to zinc or selenium deficiencies. You can ensure that your daily intake is taken care of by Cocoa Locks.

Steps of use:

  • Add 2 levelled teaspoons (or 7g) into your glass
  • Pour 140ml of milk
  • Whisk and ENJOY!

Recommended serving is once per day.

Let’s skip ahead to my personal experience…

I have always wanted to try these types of gummies and teas for hair growth and strengthening. I tried the Ivy Bears Gummies (which I bought from my hairdresser), and for a whole month, they worked miracles: my hair was fuller, thicker and I barely shed any hair, which is a blessing for someone who sheds a lot like myself. You may think they’re all gimmicks, but trust me, I wouldn’t lie about any of this.

And then I decided to go for the chocolate milkshake. So I ordered the one-month program, was given the free program as soon as I ordered and I waited… around two months passed, and I never got anything. I got worried that it was all a scam, or that my order was lost (not necessarily in that order), so I decided to email them. The explained that I wrote my address wrong, and offered to resend my order and only paying 4 euros for shipping and handling (btw, original order had free shipping so I didn’t mind).

Fast forward a few days and I received the order. The packaging was very bright and smaller than I expected. The top closes in a ziplock, which means no using tapes to seal the packet shut, and no tears as well. Since the content is made of powder, the packet can roll down and become smaller and easier to store anywhere you want.

When I started the program, my hair was at around 14 inches long. I measured it with an inch tape before starting. I know it’s not as accurate as before and after photos. I usually measured my hair when it’s completely dry from washing it.

I noticed several changes whilst consuming Cocoa Locks. For starters, my hair didn’t shed much, which got me excited. Then, the hair became thicker and glossier. That was a side effect I did not expect. I took the recommended serving for 28 whole days, not one after the other, which bummed me a bit because I thought it would affect the “magic” that Cocoa Locks has but it didn’t, luckily.

End result? My hair grew five inches. Let me bold that. Five inches.

My jaw hit the floor when I saw the end result. I don’t think it ever grew an inch in a month, let alone FIVE.

So did I like this product? YES. Would I recommend this? HELL YES. 5/5
