As the title says, I will be showing you all some of the products I have used in 2017 which I absolutely LOVED. The reason why I included the word ‘some’ is because I came up with this idea halfway through the year, when I threw away most containers and eventually forgot what I used in the first half of the year Oh well, here’s the second half then!
I bought these miracle workers first from the Boots store in the duty free at London Heathrow. During my stay in London, my skin was very dry and these saved my skin! They were so good I bought the actual normal-sized wipes from a local supermarket. Recommended if your skin dries up quickly.
I got this from a subscription box by Marzia, my absolute favourite blogger/Youtuber. At this point, I had never used a sheet mask in my life. It was an awkward and messy situation as the mask was super moist and droopy and thin so putting it on was a total nightmare, but the end results were amazing! The aloe vera helps hydrate the skin and protect it from breakouts.
I couldn’t find it on the Primark website, so I linked this to a review I made a few months ago. If you’re into laughing your pants off while doing something to protect your feet, then this is a product for you.
This product not only smells delicious but is also good for the skin AND can be used as makeup removers. My face feels very smooth after application and super hydrated too! You can get these from any local supermarket which stocks these products.
The first of THREE tea tree products from The Body Shop, these skin clearing facial wipes were my go-to until they ended. These are suitable for blemished skin, as the tea tree oil helps with rejuvenating the skin back to its original, flawless state.
I bought the mini version from Boots in London as they had a 3-for-2 offer. I’d never used dry shampoo before. After this, I will be using it more frequently so as to avoid washing it every other day. I usually used the dry shampoo either when I couldn’t be arsed to wash my hair or when it was a huge emergency and my hair was either too dry or too oily – both polar ends have been experienced by me.
I bought this in the heat I experienced in Budapest last year. My skin felt super dehydrated and I was perspiring a LOT. This body splash from H&M saved my skin (and other people’s noses along with my clothes!). It both hydrated my skin and smelled super nice!
As said with the facial wipes, tea tree helps with blemished skins to go back to their flawless selves. I am an avid fan of tea tree products as they have helped my skin through its breakouts for years and years.
I also got this with a Marzia sub box. Best thing that ever happened! It smells soo good! And it left my hands silky smooth throughout the day! I am currently using the Lavender one which I got as a gift last year, and it smells THREE TIMES as good ❤
This products is suitable for those who wish to grow longer and healthier hair without supplements. I bought this from Boots in London (as they do) and have been using it ever since. I was upset when it finished because I didn’t think it was stocked here in Malta, but turns out it is! You can find it at all Franks stores!
Yet another product from the Marzia sub box, this hydrating mist was carried around with me EVERYWHERE I went throughout the summer. Two sprays on the face and I was good to go.
The last product n this list from The Body Shop, closing in with a beautifully-scented bang! Moringa is hands down my favourite range. It smells like my Nannu [grandfather]’s front garden, so the smell hits close to home.
I am obsessed with hand creams, as you can tell, but do not frequently use anti-bacterial hand gels as their smell is super strong. Not this one, though! This product, also from Boots, smells sweeter than any hand gels I’ve ever tried. Not too sweet that it does not feel like hand gel, but not faint enough to make my head spin. L.O.V.E!
