2017 in Music

With the end of this year and the start of the next closer than you think – 19 days!!! – I thought I would share how my year has been but through music. To listen to music, I use the Spotify app both on my phone and laptop, and earlier this year I upgraded to Premium so I can skip songs whenever I want and listen to music offline without adverts.

I used 2017 wrapped for all these stats. So how was my year in music? Read more to find out!

Can you tell how much I LOVE listening to music? 35k+ minutes of music translates to…

594 HOURS / 24 DAYS

That’s like a month worth of music, which I think is more than I expected. Below are the screenshots of the top 100 songs of this year…

All these songs helped shape my year in the best way. There is a lot of reminiscing of the past, tributes to dead artists I admire, cheesiness and new music released in the last year.

How was YOUR year in music? Let me know in the comments! I would really love to hear about your stats XOXO

  1. I loved reading this post!! It’s absolutely crazy to see how many hours are spent listening to music isn’t it? I have a post about my stats scheduled for tomorrow and honestly, after seeing you’ve listened to 594 hours worth, maybe my 1176 hours is too much? I might have a problem hahah, anyway brilliant post!! x
